We take projects entirely, from the idea, the space availability, basic and detail engineering in the mechanical area, automatic control, electrical area, productive process, installation, start up and training.

Each equipment is custom designed, considering a basic equipment and adding the different required accessories to add flexibility and productivity.
Hard Panning is a process of adding many layers of liquid into tumbling centers which then creates crystallization through evaporation with dry airl.

The Soft Panning process is based on the alternate addition of powder crystals and liquid syrups in the elaboration recipe.
Chocolate panning is achieved through the application of liquid chocolate solidification on a determined center, using cold air.
The process of chocolate molding is produced by dosing liquid chocolate on molds, which afterwards are cooled and demolded, making bars and pralines.
The process of chocolate depositing is produced when liquid chocolate is dosed on a conveyer belt, which is afterwards cooled in a cooling tunnel and demolded.
