COMPACT UNIVERSAL MOLDING MACHINE

has all the advantages of the Universal Molding Machine, but its design is conceived for middle size companies, which have reduced space in their plants.
It's a very flexible equipment, that adapts to the client's needs.
It's very versatile, because it can change the molds' design in an easy and simple way.
It uses a dosing system based on three dosing heads and a cooling tunnel after every dosage.
For this molding machine two different layouts were elaborated:

• The first one considers the cooling tunnel separated in two levels, using the upper part after the three dosing heads and the lower part after the third dispenser for the solidification of the filled pralines.
• The second design considers the same layout for the three dosing heads, but the cooling tunnel is used only in one level and considers an automatic demolding zone and a separation zone for pralines, so that the molding machine can be fed again with empty molds.
• In case that the Molding machine is used for producing bars or solid pralines, it is used only one dosing head.
• Chocolate's air bubbles are removed in a vibration zone.
• The necessary space for dosing filling is obtained by removing part of the chocolate dosed in the first head, in a mold flipping zone.
• It also has a mold heating zone, that allows chocolate adherence after the cooling tunnel.
At the end of the cooling tunnel lies the demolding zone and chocolate separation zone, so that the molding machine can be fed with molds again.
• It can be considered a solid inclusion dosing zone.

The production of this molding machine is designed for 100 kg/hr. of filled pralines.

This equipment in its basic version has:

  • AISI-304L Stainless Steel structure.
  • Molds stacker.
  • Design for working with client specified molds.
  • Molds turbo heating system.
  • Adjustable dispenser (with SERVO technology) and jacketed hopper.
  • Vibration system after dispensers.
  • Cooling tunnel for chocolate solidification.
  • Demolding table with stainless steel surface.
  • Hot water tank for heating.
  • Automatic molds return from demolding table to feeding hopper.
  • General dimensions depend on the specified mold's size.
