Each equipment is custom designed, considering a basic structure and adding the different adjuncts required so that the final product can be achieved the best way.

Capacities

  • The chocolate panning belt coater has a useful capacity of 200, 300 or 400 liters.
  • The amount in kg/batch depends on the product's final density. The times per batch normally vary between one and three hours.

This equipment features the following advantages:

  • High productive capacity expressed in production liters/plant's square meter.
  • It's easy to clean

  • Allows complex products coating
  • It can add elaboration recipes through the usage of a PLC.

This equipment, in its basic version, counts with the following systems:

  • Drive system for movement transmission to an alimentary grade modular plastic belt
  • Acrylic frontal door for better visualization and interior LED lighting.
  • Air dehumidifying system by condensation.
  • Complete chocolate dosing system and jacketed dosing tubes.
  • Hot keeping chocolate tank and its pumping system.
  • Belt cleaning system by a rear chocolate scraper, infrared heater and inferior chocolate receiving tray.
  • Frontal discharge system.

In an additional way, when it is required by the product or the client, it may feature:

  • Electronic weighing system through load cells.
  • Chocolate tank with melting function besides its warm-keeping function.

CAN YOUR EQUIPMENT WORK WITH A CAPACITY LOWER THAN THE NOMINAL?

The capacities specified refer to the maximum nominal capacities, but they can work at lower capacities, which can be adjusted through the touch screen.

DOES YOUR EQUIPMENT HAVE AIR SYSTEMS?

Our equipment has an Air Treatment Unit and a System for Air insufflation and extraction.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ALREADY HAVE AN IMPLEMENTED AIR SYSTEM?

GR INGENIERÍA prefers to supply a complete equipment, totally autonomous, that can control every variable. Anyway, the feasibility of using existent air systems will be analyzed.

WHICH TYPES OF PRODUCTS CAN ELABORATE YOUR COATING/MOLDING/DEPOSITING EQUIPMENT?

GR CONFECTIONERY MACHINERY can elaborate a large variety of coated, molded or deposited products. Its design will be according to the product specified and the production required.

WHAT KIND OF PANNING DOES YOUR EQUIPMENT DO?

Our equipment is able to perform Hard Panning (with sugar syrup or sugar free products), Soft Panning (powder sugar or compatible) or Chocolate Panning, and it can perform thickening, smoothing, polishing, shining and sealing processes.

WHICH CONDITIONS DOES YOUR EQUIPMENT NEED TO WORK?

The equipment from GR CONFECTIONERY MACHINERY is totally autonomous: it can work in any ambient because it counts with its own air system. It’s always good to allocate a sector of the plant with controlled atmosphere, especially for chocolate.

WHICH ADVANTAGES DO THE AUTOMATIC PANNING SYSTEMS HAVE IN COMPARISON TO MANUAL SYSTEMS?

1. RECIPES. The Chocolate Panning coating belt uses a recipe that is set on a PLC, which repeats the panning formula and decreases the raw materials losses.
2. PRODUCTIVITY. The productivity, measured in Kg/m², is bigger.
3. CONTACT AREA. The product’s area exposed to dosing and air is bigger, achieving better dosing and better product drying.
4. BETTER ENERGY EFFICIENCY. By having an air system that recirculates from the air system to the Drum, the electric energy used to dehumidify the air is harnessed and not lost.
5. QUALIFIED MANPOWER. A machine oversees the production and does not depend on the will or disposition of the technical staff.
6. MANPOWER OPTIMIZATION. One person can control multiple Chocolate panning coating belts.
7. AIR SYSTEM. By having an autonomous air system, the production is independent of the ambient. Besides, the air system generates the amount of air that the product requires, at temperature and relative humidity conditions.
